Do you have any idea on what airport we will be flying into?

When we secure the round trip ticket from Atlanta to your FYM location and back, we will post the itineraries on the blog page for all to see.

The airports are as follows for September:

• Dominican Republic - Santo Domingo Airport
• Africa and Jeffreys Bay - Johannesburg Airport

Are we able to fly from our FYM location on Dec. 15 to our home?

We secure round trip tickets for your team to fly together from Atlanta to your FYM location and back. If you want to change the return flight you will need to contact Donna Booth, our travel agent.

What airline ticket do we need to purchase and what does AIM purchase?

AIM purchases out of your support account:

Your round trip ticket from Atlanta to your FYM location and back. We do this so you can fly as a team from training camp to your FYM location.

You need to purchase two tickets:

One round trip ticket from your home to Atlanta and back. You need to fly into Atlanta on September 12, 2007, between the hours of 11AM-2PM. You will fly out of Atlanta, December 15, 2007, after your other flight gets in. You will not be able to secure this flight until you have the itinerary from us for your team flight.

One round trip ticket from your home to FYM location and back. You will need to schedule your flight to get in to your FYM location sometime in the afternoon of January 15, 2008. You will need to fly out of your FYM location in the morning of May 15, 2008.

Are any of the flights in our trip cost?

No! All three flights are on top of your trip cost. AIM will directly pay to Donna Booth from your support account, your round trip ticket from Atlanta to your FYM location. You need to purchase the other two tickets. After your total trip is paid, you can turn in a reimbursement to be paid back for the cost of those flights.

Do we have to fly as a team from Training Camp or can we get our own ticket?

You do need to fly with your team. We do get a ticket for everyone and everyone will have the same itinerary. We get groups rates and it depends on the number we purchase for us to get the best rate.

For those going to Africa, when will we know what FYM Location we are going to in Jan. to May, and when can we schedule our flight?

Sometime while over in Africa, probably end of Oct. or beginning of Nov., we will form the teams.  After the teams are formed you can then schedule your flight.  If you work with Donna Booth, our travel agent, she will help teams to be able to fly together as best as she can.
