In one month you will all be here for Training Camp!  Can you believe that?  All the last minute details need to be taken care of.  Here are a few:

All of your paperwork should be in the mail by now.  If not, make sure that happens this week.

Your reimbursements forms should have the receipts attached to the form and turned in by the time you leave for your country.  Any reimbursement forms turned in after you leave, cannot be reimbursed.  The only exception to this is flights.  Nothing else.  So make arrangements for that now.

Flight costs will be taken out of your account next week.  After that you need to have 60% of your trip cost in your account and the rest in pledges.   Just so you know this is coming, by Spetember 4th, you will need to email me: vickigross@adventures.org and let me know how much you have coming in throughout the year in pledges.  So you can start working on that now if you want.

In the next week I would highly reccommend that you send out another mailing.  Everyone should do this and you can put in the newsletter the same info that you need to email to me.  People love to hear this and know where you stand with finances.  Include in this what you look forward to on this trip and how you want to grow.
