PAPERWORK
- Check on your NS Account page and see if you have all your paperwork marked as being in. If NOT, then read the next paragraph.

Your final papers are due on August 1^st. But since the flights were just posted, I know some of you are having a hard time getting everything in order. Because of this, I have pushed back the due date to August 10^th.
PLEASE, have all your paperwork in the office by at Friday. If you do not have your physical scheduled, then do that
TODAY! If you have not looked into securing insurance, then do that TODAY! You cannot put this off any longer. To process all the papers and get you ready to go out is a
BIG job and we
NEED your paperwork
NO LATER THEN AUGUST 10!!!!

PASSPORTS  
Passports continue to take LONG in processing. Several of you have called and told me that you have applied way back in April and still have not received your passport. If you have not received your passport this is what you need to do:

Contact a Christian State Representative or Senator and let them know that you are going on a mission's trip and you need your passport to be processed quickly. We have done this for all of our Ambassador and Real Life Summer trips and our Senators and Representatives have come through for us. So I would highly recommend that you start getting on this.

MONTHLY MAILING 
Get another mailing out, put in it: an update of your support. Include how much you have in and how much you have in pledges. Go online and put a story from last year along with a picture, helps to paint the picture of what you will be doing this year. Include prayer items and you can include your team member names. The FYM blog page is all up to date with the team lists. You need to make a hard last push to get your funds in. You need to have 60% in and the rest in pledges before we can allow you to go.

MARCHING BAND CAMP 
Dave and I will be gone until Thursday, July 26, as we are heading to Young Harris College and chaperoning our sons high school marching band camp. We hope to have internet access but it may take a little longer to reply.

I feel like I am saying the same things over and over and I apologize for that, but these are important items. Praying for each one of you as you prepare for this trip.
