What I wish I would have known?

- Communication and organization here is not so good to put in nicely. Be ready to be patient.

- They really appreciate you learning Swahili. You can get by without it but I regret that I chose this route.

- You will not be fed biblically the way you are in the states if you attend a healthy church there. Church will be hard to understand and you will be expected to teach there as well.

- 100% of all Kenyans think you have a ton of money! 99.8% of Kenyans want in on it. Be very careful of how you invest your money. The need is great and the compassion in your heart will want to give. Maybe one thing that I would have done differently is just give everything to your pastor and let him distribute it as he sees need. Just seek the Lord to give you wisdom in this area.
